Privacy policy
This policy explains what information the BrihatLabs introductory website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect the name, email address, role, optional area of interest, and consent confirmation that you provide. We also process limited technical information, such as a privacy-preserving hash derived from network and browser data, to reduce spam and apply rate limits.
How we use it
We use submitted details to respond to your request, share selected BrihatLabs updates or previews connected to that request, understand broad areas of interest, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the reliability of this website.
Consent and communications
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to general marketing. Communications will remain connected to your early-access request. You may ask us to stop contacting you or delete your submission.
Storage and retention
Early-access submissions are stored in the protected website database. We retain them only while they remain useful for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Abuse-prevention records are short-lived.
Sharing
We do not sell submitted personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure providers that operate this website and its database, subject to their security and data-processing obligations, or disclosed when required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information connected to your submission. Until a dedicated privacy contact is published, select Other in the early-access form and enter Privacy request in the area-of-interest field. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website and BrihatLabs evolve. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
